Welcome to our trauma counselling private practice, a sanctuary of recovery and resilience where we specialise in guiding individuals through their trauma recovery journey using evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Resource Therapy. Our practice is rooted in a deep commitment to providing a safe and compassionate space for recovery, utilising a holistic approach that combines trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, and Mindfulness Personal Training.

Established in 2019 by a dedicated and compassionate couple with a shared vision of empowering individuals to overcome their past traumas, we have been at the forefront of trauma counselling in our community.

Our mission is to cultivate a more resilient society by offering support, guidance, and tools for trauma recovery.

We are currently focusing on career development and are not accepting new clients. However, our doors are set to reopen by July 2025. With over five years of dedicated trauma counselling experience, Alice is finalising her Master's in Social Work to deepen her expertise and further enhance our quality of care. Alice's specific interest lies in attachment trauma and advocating for Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) women to access better mental health services in Australian society. She strives to promote equal rights through education, trauma-informed practice, and culturally appropriate interventions. Nathan is an experienced trauma counsellor with a wealth of experience in advocacy, suicide prevention, and acute treatment support within the trauma field.

Through his dedication and expertise, he strives to ensure that clients from all backgrounds feel understood, respected, and supported on their journey towards recovery.
